305 ares plot of land, situated in the district of Klaipėda, in the village of Svencelė, has been divided into 19 different plots:

• 16 plots with area from 7.45 to 14.45 have been ares reserved for building individual dwelling-houses
• 3 plots with area from 11 to 23 ares have been reserved for building block houses

42 ares have been reserved for collective territory – children playgrounds and planted squares.

About 50 ares have been reserved for facility needs.

Altogether the territory was divided as follows:

• 52.28%   for building individual dwelling-houses
• 17.71%   for building block houses
• 13.86%   for territory of collective use
• 16.15%   for facility needs

After confirming the detailed plan in summer 2008, further development of the project has been suspended.
