Svencelės village is in the east side of the Curonian Bay, only several kilometres to the Dreverna town and King Wihelm’s channel and about 30 kilometres from the city of Klaipėda.
The location is very popular for its nature – botanical reservations and varieties of birds and animals. The coast of the bay forms an exclusive landscape.
The Curonian Bay is the reason of the perspective which encourages more and more people to settle here. In comparison with the Curonian Spit this location is much closer to Klaipėda and the highway Vilnius – Klaipėda; also development is not restricted here and there are no strictly regulated reservations, therefore the RE projects are developed very fast here.
The municipality of Klaipėda puts much effort to the development of this region: the plan of the development includes the building of strategically necessary roads and the preparation of the ‘Curonian Road‘, which also passes the village of Svencelė. There are also investments made on the building of the freshwater port in Dreverna. The location of the Project is not far from the ‘Svencelė’ project, which is created with giving much attention to the building of channels and the water tourism development. These factors give much value to the projects that are developed here.
